I have been away from my art for a while. Didn't pick up a paintbrush or a tool for creating. There has been a hole in my life that I could not figure out how to fill.
I have reflected on life and I now have the passion back for creativity. Keep watching as I will be putting more work on.

I take solace in the fact that I am not perfect and my life reflects this.
I enjoy my childrens laughter and my wifes smile.

I have recently joined the New Zealand Art Guild and it asked what form of artist I am. This question has had me thinking what makes us the artist that others see only a glimpse of.
I paint, I sculpt, I take photographs. What does this make me?
I enjoy the thrill of creating something no matter what form.
Art for me is a journey and I still don't know where it is heading.

You are welcome, I love the design of the tattoo. I am looking to design my own greenman tattoo based on the one you collected (still needs a bit of refining though).
Thanks also for adding me to your watchlist, I hope my next lot of celtic work gives you something to look at as I am currently working on a greenman (one in sculpy and the other in driftwood).

Yes you can use the endless knot for your art journal. Have a go at making one yourself out of air dry clay and make a latex mould and you can produce your own. It's not too difficult and it is worth it when you see the end results.
